Leader Curtis is a global leader, having lived and worked extensively in Latin and Central America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as Central and Southeast Asia. He speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish. He is also a partner with DHR International, the fifth-largest executive search firm in the world.
Curtis holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from Idaho State University and a Juris Doctorate and MBA from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Mendota Mdewakanton Dakota Community, the Native American Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Labor & Employment Section), the Society of HR Planning, Society for Human Resource Managers, and a board member of the OBHR Advisory Council at the Marriott School of Management, as well as the Foundation for International Law and Management. Curtis is married to the love of his life, Becky, and the father of six children. He currently resides in Mesa, Arizona.
